N. and I ran 8 miles the other night, and broke my previous fastest time, finishing in 1:16:38. Woo hoo! I didn't feel my best, so I know I can do even better. Deciding which kind of training I want to be doing: speed or distance? My
previous thoughts on running a half marathon are still about how I feel...would like to do one just to do it, but not sure that's best for my knees in the long run... Training to run faster is fun and new, I've never run this way before.

Wels-
I just found your blog through Kristin's. Wanted to say hi. It's nice to see a little of what you're up to. Sounds like you're doing the things you are designed to do. :)
