Did anyone actually think it would work?

Greece fails on stamping out smoking

My favorite line: "Many Greeks take an almost willful delight in defying authority."

Why yes, yes they do.

Or maybe - "[The owners] have succumbed to pressure from customers who regard smoking as a human right."

I know Cassie, and used to like Cafe Boheme - a lot of the foreigners' get-togethers happen there. But yuck - haven't really been back since the smoking started again! What a pleasure to learn that my adopted country is "Europe's most tobacco addicted nation."
